Coronavirus (COVID-19) information

 As of December 31st 2020, Haskins Furniture Store will be closed due to Covid restrictions but will continue to trade online at www.haskinsfurniture.co.uk where we will continue to offer great offers on upholstery, dining and bedroom furniture. We have received clarification from the Government that we can continue to deliver furniture to your home as normal. As always, we will be enforcing our COVID-19 delivery policy to ensure the safety of our customer and employees. Our store is temporarily closed until restrictions are lifted. Our office swill be open Tuesdays and Fridays between 9.30am and 16.30pm please call 0808 1682 468 during these hours with any enquiries. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] which will be monitored daily. We will continue to trade online at www.haskinsfurniture.co.uk and whilst we are in the offices you can speak to a sales advisor. 

Delivery information

 Due to staff shortage across the business and suppliers as result of the Coronavirus pandemic, delivery time frames could vary or accrue delays.We are working closely with our suppliers to make sure that we get your delivery out as soon as possible whilst adhering to current social distancing guidelines.If there are any further delays to the original confirmed delivery date we will contact you with any relevant information.We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Our store is currently open and we are following all the latest Government guidance to keep both our customers and staff safe.

We have put in place a COVID-19 policy that all staff must abide to, and we have a new delivery policy to protect all employee’s and customers.

As you enter our store you will see new signage from the main entrance and all around the store to help and remind you of the measures in place. We are a large store with open plan showrooms so there is plenty of space, but in the event we have too many customers in our showrooms we will be monitoring the door. Please bear with us should this happen.

We have also introduced strict hygiene and cleaning measures throughout the store. You will be asked to use hand sanitiser before touching any furniture and our staff will spray disinfectant on the products once you leave them.

We are going paperless and should you provide us with an email, we will send a copy of your sales order confirmation to this instead of asking you to sign in store. We just ask you send an email back to confirm everything is correct as a form of signature. However, should you not have an email address, we have disposable pencils you can use to sign and then keep the pencil.

We want you to know that our number one priority remains the safety of our customers and employees and unless Government guidelines advise differently, it is our intention to continue to deliver to you as normal.

If we already have your order from our manufacturers, we will be in touch to book a delivery date as soon as possible, please bear with us during this challenging time.

We are happy to deliver to the room of choice or to the door. Should you require us to deliver to the room of choice, we ask that you open all windows, clear any hallways, open internal doors and step into another room while delivery takes place.

Our deliveries are completely contact-free, no paperwork will need to be signed.

Our warehouse will be open on a limited basis with skeleton staff so delivery dates may change accordingly. We will be in touch if we need to reschedule.

We are able to collect your old furniture at a cost of £75.00 on a like for like basis. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we require customers to wrap their furniture before our drivers remove products from your home.

Due to guidelines, we have still suspended our assembly service. If you have already purchased this, we are happy to refund the cost should you still wish to have your delivery. Alternatively, we can hold on to your order until we are able to fulfil assembling your furniture.
