Whether you buy a fabulous fabric sofa or a luxurious leather chair, you can rest assured that by purchasing this Care Plan, you are covered when an accident does spoil the appearance of your furniture. Stain removal and repairs will be taken care of at no extra cost.

How does the care plan work?
When in store, our sales team can advise you in more detail about the care plan and how much it will cost. It is a one off payment, which covers you for the five years. Simply follow the instruction provided at the time you purchase your furniture. If an accident threatens to spoil the appearance of your furniture, all you have to do is call our dedicated claims and advice line and we will ensure that the problem is taken care of.

What am I covered for?
Below, you will see a more detailed list of the things you are covered for and what you are not covered for. Essentially, this care plan provides covers for a comprehensive range of household accidents that result in damage or staining to your furniture.
Following the delivery of your furniture, you will receive a document detailing this and also how to make a claim. It is important to recognise that you are not covered for lack of care of furniture or abuse, and multiple stains and damages sustained over an extended period of time are similarly not covered.

How do I make a claim?
All you need to do is call our dedicated claims and advice line on the number detailed on your policy document within seven days of the incident occurring.
A technician will be sent your home at a mutually convenient time and weÕll take care of the problem. If we are unable to effect a satisfactory repair or stain removal we will replace the damaged item and no cost to you.

How do I purchase the care plan?
Your sales team member will discuss details of how to care for your furniture whilst you are choosing your item of furniture. This will include all you need to know about the Staingard care plan. Having made your choice of whether or not to purchase this, simply ask your sales person to add the care plan your order and thatÕs it!

Haskins FurnitureÕs ultimate five-year care plan is supported by a range of care products designed to ensure that you are able to maintain your furniture in the best possible way. These care products are specifically formulated and produced by Staingard and are easy to use and effective.

About your care plan
Your care plan begins on the date of your furniture is delivered and subject to the terms and conditions will continue for five years. Your care plan has been arranged by Staingard Warranty Group (a trading name of Homeserve Furniture Repairs Ltd). For details of your insurer, please see the terms and conditions on your certificate of insurance that will be provided to you following delivery, a copy of which can be obtained from your sales person.

Homeserve Furniture Repairs Limited will administer your care plan, and is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA number 502001). This can be checked on the Financial Services Register by visiting the FCAÕs website at www.fca.org.uk.

Delivery information

– We deliver to mainland England and Wales for free when you spend over £499. Any order under the total cost of £499 will require a charge of £49

– Delivery to Scotland and Isle of Wight will incur a surcharge of £99 regardless of the total order value (*please note that we are unable to deliver to Scottish Highlands and Ireland)

– As soon as our warehouse has your furniture we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date

– We can offer you a choice of delivery dates, at the time of booking we cannot advise a time but the day before delivery we can let you know whether your delivery will be in the morning or afternoon. If requested, our team can give you a call before delivery so you don’t have to wait around all day, just let us know how much notice you need (if your delivery takes place with our courier, arrangements for dates/times will be made with them directly)

– When your delivery takes place, our 2 man home delivery team will take your furniture to your room of choice, remove and take all packaging away, ensuring you are happy with your new purchase

– You or someone else will need to be home to take delivery of your goods, no matter how big or small. We require a signature on delivery to ensure you are happy with your furniture and have inspected it. If you have a date booked but will not be there, please let us know and we can re-arrange delivery for you.
