Sustainability is an important part of the Jay Blades X G Plan collection. With a focus on sustainable fabrics, packaging, cushion fillings, as well as reducing their fabric, leather and carbon footprint, G Plan are responsibly sourcing their wood and timber.
At G Plan, they are committed to sourcing the timber and timber products in the furniture from responsibly managed forests where environmentalls appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable practices are maintained.
Jay is a long-time admirer of the brand and G Plan has featured heavily throughout Jay’s childhood and his furniture restoration journey.
Jay recalls if you had G Plan furniture back in the 70’s and 80’s it was almost like you had ‘made it’.
